Concept

Built for today, with Eternity in mind.

Eternity is 61 generously proportioned one and two bedroom apartments, in five timber clad structures, reflecting the warehouses that once lined Stony Creek.

It’s a new kind of development, one that aims to be socially, environmentally and economically sustainable.

Sustainability

Eternity has an impressive 7 star energy rating.

Eternity is a sanctuary in the centre of an urbanised environment. It shall be built using sustainably sourced timber and recycled materials, and will incorporate 21st Century technologies to harness the power of the sun, the rain and the earth. “In the shade of a tree” is central to the design; the floorplan brings the outdoors in, and draws focus outwards to the trees of Stony Creek.

Carefree Living

There's a sense of openness in each apartment, with natural light in every room.

Larger apartments are located close to lifts for easy access to car parking and entrances to make life easier for families. Upper floor apartments have soaring 4 metre high ceilings, and spectacular views of the surrounding parkland to the CBD.

The building incorporates passive environmental design principles such as solar power and solar boosted hot water, individual metering and rainwater harvesting, all of which help to lower operating costs.
